I’ve been coveting Just Dance 2 for many, many weeks now.  When I first fell in lust with it, I immediately added it to my cart on Amazon.com and proceeded furiously to the checkout only to discover I was out of Amazon.com gift cards from Swagbucks!  The horror!

Enter plan B.  I sent an urgent/high importance E-mail to G requesting that he add this tiny little CD filled with unlimited amounts of entertainment treasures to the TOP of my Christmas list. 

That was about 3 weeks ago.  Since then, I’ve brought it up about once a day, ensuring that he hasn’t forgotten about my number 1 request this holiday season.

It’s all I can do to not say screw it and just buy the damn thing on Amazon.  I want to dance and I want to dance now!

Everyday, I am forced to restrain myself.  I HATE when this happens during holiday season.  There are very few material products in existence that have enough mojo to wrap me around their over-priced little finger.  But this one has it.  I’m convinced my TV has become the playground bully, too; it somehow manages to pull the commercial for Just Dance 2 out of its little basket of annoying advertisements more often than not.  After said commercial is over I’m usually busting out some sort of move and daydreaming about my high school days as a superstar dancer on the drill team.  Okay, so maybe I wasn’t a superstar, but could bang out a toe touch/split leap/kick ball change/hip hop move/kick line/jazz hands/you name it with the best of them.

Anyhoo, I’m just channeling my impatience into more productive things right now like googling Ke$ha and Rihanna videos and trying to teach myself those routines.

You better believe when I get my hands on that hot little CD, I’ll be hosting the best dance party of 2011!  Who wants to dance-off?!
